The aroma has a complex harmony of very ripe red fruit especially plum, and cherry , to fresh spices. The taste is vigorous and refined, savory and slightly sweet in the finish. The color is intense ruby red with many violet reflections.

Grapes   10% Alicante Bouchet , 10% Cabernet , 80% Sangiovese
Food Pairing   Thanks to its versatility it goes perfectly with dishes based on boiled or roasted meats and with tasty cheeses.

Fattoria Uccelliera was born in the late 60s from the passion for the countryside and the woods of Antonio Bulleri and Maria Elena Poggianti. Today two generations work in the company and the third has already started to give its welcomed contribution in the extra-scholastic season.
