Cantine Fina

This wine is crafted from 100% Grillo grapes, native to Sicily and sourced from Fina's vineyards in Western Sicily. It holds the prestigious Denominazione di Origine Controllata (DOC) status and is harvested in late August. Fermentation involves 20% of the grapes in barrique barrels and 80% in stainless steel tanks for freshness and aroma preservation. Aging for three months in bottles maintains the same proportions, with 20% in barrique and 80% in steel.
Food Pairing   A great wine with fish, shellfish and shellfish, fresh cheese, cold cuts, eggs and risotto, pasta with light sauces, chicken, fresh pasta. Ideal as an aperitif.
Best served at a temperature of   11˚- 12˚C
