Castellano 2019 Rosso Piceno Superiore Cantina Colli Ripani is born from a careful selection of Montepulciano and Sangiovese grapes, manually harvested towards the middle of October. Once they arrive at the winery, the grapes are traditionally red vinified, and after several months of refinement in steel, they are bottled and marketed. It has an intense red color with garnet reflections. The nose has intense and refined notes of ripe red fruit and jam, followed by hints of pink flowers and herbaceous notes. The taste is balanced, elegant, with pleasant tannins and notes of ripe red fruit and woody notes. It has a pleasant and persistent taste and aroma in the finish.
