Straw yellow in color with fine and persistent perlage, it has an elegant and fragrant bouquet, with pleasant notes of fruit. On the palate it is fresh, elegant and harmonious, with good acidity. The freshness and acidity typical of the grapes is perfectly balanced on the palate by the softness of the residual sugar.
"La Piotta is located in the heart of the Oltrepò, in Montalto Pavese, in an area particularly suited to the production of fine wines and sparkling wines. La Piotta was founded in 1985 by Luigi, and later taken over by his sons Gabriele and Mario. Today the young Enrico and Luca in fact support their fathers in the technical, productive and commercial part, always under the careful supervision of Luigi. Their will is to continue the journey begun by their grandfather, bringing new ideas to the winery both from the point of view of image and production."
