The Le Buche winery was founded in 1986 , only 4 kilometers from La Sovana. The 2-hectare family owned vineyard has been in business ever since. However this land, has been suited to the production of wine so much so that, since ancient times, there were already large vineyards as one can see from the ancient maps of 1826.
