Massi di Mandorlaia

Conte Guicciardini

The color is pale straw yellow with slight golden reflections. The aromas are intense persistent, with elegant hints of wild flowers and fruits. The wine has a fresh crisp acidity, harmonious taste, an intriguing exotic fruit finish.

Food Pairing   This white wine can easily overpower less flavorful fish and should be reserved for richer seafood like halibut and trout. It also pairs nicely with shellfish like clams, crabs, and lobster. Vermentino is a perfect complement to pork, particularly when it has been seasoned with fennel.
