White Wine from Toscana

The color of this white wine is straw yellow. The aroma is strong with marbled notes, especially lavender and fruity aromas. The taste is fresh with excellent structure that is supported by an acidic plug that promises excellent longevity.

Grapes   Viognier
Food Pairing   Excellent with appetizers and first courses; It is ideal in combination with seafood and fish dishes. Viognier also works in wine and food pairings with a wide variety of seafood and shellfish, roasted or grilled chicken, veal, pork, spicy flavors and Asian cuisine. Viognier is also delicious with select vegetable and salad courses and of course hard or soft cheese.
Best served at a temperature of   12˚C > 13˚C

Fattoria Uccelliera was born in the late 60s from the passion for the countryside and the woods of Antonio Bulleri and Maria Elena Poggianti. Today two generations work in the company and the third has already started to give its welcomed contribution in the extra-scholastic season.
