INTENSE . CHERRY . SPICE . FULL-BODIED This red wine is entirely organic, and has a ruby red color with violet highlights. Full body with notes of cherries and blackberries along with a hint of violets. Rich and expressive yet supremely elegant, this supple red crafted from Corvina has intense notes of cooked cherry and spice wrapped in layers of fine tannins. The drying process used has given this a deep, expansive palate and rich red fruit notes.

Pairs well with meat dishes, both grilled and roasted as well as dried cheeses.
