Our winemaking process prioritizes the preservation of grape bunch integrity through a combination of manual and mechanical techniques. The grapes undergo meticulous crushing and destemming, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a precise temperature of 28-30°C. The maceration on the skins lasts for 10 days, with daily must pumping over the cap. Subsequently, the wine is aged for 12 months in oak casks. This wine presents enticing vanilla overtones intertwined with the expression of varietal fruit. It is full-bodied, exuding elegance and persistence, creating a delightful and memorable tasting experience.
